VP strategy & organisation Tor Rasmus Skjærpe is a graduate engineer from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH - now the Norwegian University of Science and Technology). He has long experience from the Norwegian oil and gas industry, most recently as head of Petoro's license department. Before that, he headed Norsk Hydro's operations in the Tampen area of the northern North Sea.
